Your Land, Our Quality
More than half of the custom homes we build are on our customers' land. Kurk Homes understands and respect the needs of our customers when building on their property. Kurk Homes can help with the varied ways to finance construction, select the proper building site, and work with developers or home owners' associations to make the building process smooth and enjoyable.
Whether you purchase one of our lots, have us purchase a lot for you, or have us build on your lot, the quality and base price remain the same. Kurk Homes include the following for ALL our customers:
- 20 year structural warranty
- Tree clearing for house, garage, driveway and septic field
- Septic Systems including design, permits, two year maintenance program
- Kurk Homes will pay for utilities usage throughout the construction process.
- Driveway and culverts are included with the home and based on a 50' building line.
- Select fill to be graded around the house and garage to ensure passing the Final Grade Inspection
In addition, all permits, slab design (by engineer) septic design and inspections are included in the price of your home.
