In addition to our Featured Homes, we at Kurk Homes proudly offer a wide selection of additional plans selected to present a much wider choice in style. As with our featured homes, we expect and encourage modifications to make a beautiful design the perfect home for you. These conceptual plans have not been priced, but as with our Featured Homes you will find them starting in the upper $70's per square foot. The cost of the plans will vary based on design.
