No Surprises
You have the right to know exactly what materials and specifications will be utilized in the building of your custom home, so we urge all of our customers to thoroughly read Kurk Homes Features and Specifications booklet. We also want to be very clear to our “Build on Your Lot” customers about any areas which may add costs to the construction process since every lot size and topography is different.
Flexibility
Kurk Homes offers you flexibility not found with large “Build on Your Lot” companies. We actually enjoy the challenge and take pride in the one-on-one relationships between builder and homeowner that is lacking in the production home arena. You are encouraged to make changes that suit your needs and desires. By properly planning and documenting these changes, we avoid lengthy delays in the construction of your new home.
No Short Cuts
Kurk Homes will strive to build your new home as quickly as possible, but we won’t cut corners or sacrifice quality. We take the time to ensure that your home is built just the way you want it from start to finish. Our meticulous inspection process even includes a T.R.E.C. code certified inspector for the final walk through.
