We understand that figuring out how to assess what is needed to build on your own lot is surprisingly hard. Our site analysis lets your set a construction plan and timeline for the various stages of construction, including which costs are required before you begin to build your home.

Our site-cost analysis assesses the unique qualities and characteristics of your property to determine things such as:
